the room was nice styled, with a venetian decor and a mini bar and satellite television for my comfort. thanks to a friendly service i had a really nice stay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from shops and restaurants, yet still quiet. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were super accommodating, especially the reception staff. It made our mornings so enjoyable!

A nice small hotel in a wonderful position with views over the lagoon towards St. Giorgio Maggiore. Beside the Via Garibaldi with its local village atmosphere and many eating places and Bienalle Gardens, yet only a 10-15 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. This was my second stay and we could find no fault with it.

I visit my family in venice often and i was staying while a surprise birthday was being organised. Therefore, this was my first experience in staying in a hotel in venice, and i must say i was very pleased with my choice. The hotel was clean and my room was a nice size. The staff were extremely helpful and well presented. i am grateful to the night staff who kept letting me in at 2am each night and who were always so polite. The hotel provided us with map's and told us of the best places to eat. If your there to sight see then this hotel is near san marco square it takes less than 10 minute's to walk there, and over the 2nd bridge is Arsenale where you can get a boat to lido which has bar's, restaurant's and a beach.

The breakfast was nice and there was a lot to chose from, but sadly for me by the 5th day of having the same thing it did get a little tiring.

The staff were super friendly and even upgraded our room. If you need dining options, Via Garibaldi has many good restaurants close by.

Make sure you stay in the standard room with the view of the lagoon. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is marvellous adjacent to a vaparetto stop or the main attraction of Piazza San Marco, bars and restaurants, and the vaporetto. Offers excellent service and appetising food.

unbeatable access to venice's cultural gems and parks

I had an amazing stay recently where I was just a few steps away from the Naval History Museum and could stroll through the fine greenery around the Biennale, making my exploration of Venice both convenient and good.
